Technical Help for the Student Portal

Since most of your trip from TEZU admission status check-in to downloading assignments is online, there’s nothing worse than a technical glitch.

If you’re in a portal “loop”, can’t get your password, or cannot upload documents, call the tech team at 03712-273088. But first try clearing your cache or using another browser (I recommend Firefox or Chrome) to troubleshoot; it works for 50% of portal problems!

Lines are very crowded especially during peak admission and exam season. The alternative is the best way to shoot a brief mail to cdoe@tezu.ernet.in. We try to reply within 24–48 hrs of receipt.

Yes, the students can visit the CDOE office physically during working hours (9.30am to 5.30pm). It is located in the main Napaam campus.

No, Administrative offices and helpdesks are not willing to support during Sat, Sun and Unvi declared holidays.

Send an email to the technical support (kalpa01@tezu.ernet.in) right away. Include your Transaction ID and a screenshot of your bank’s payment confirmation. Don’t attempt the payment again till you hear from them.

If you are not getting the password reset mail within 15- minutes, (make sure you check the “Spam” folder first!) then it is a sync issue with the server. In this case, simply email kalpa01@tezu.ernet.in, giving your full name and application number, the technical helpdesk team will reset it manually within 24- hours.
